Delicious cottage cheese pancakes with banana and rice flour. These pancakes are very good for Breakfast! Gluten-free.

  1. Mash the banana. Add the cinnamon, ginger, and eggs to the banana and beat lightly. Mix the cottage cheese and banana-egg mixture. Add the rice flour and mix. Fry the pancakes under the lid with a little oil of your choice (I have coconut oil).
