Ingredients
Cottage cheese:
- 500 gram Cottage cheese
- 110 gram Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 piece Peach
- 40 gram Oat flakes
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
Casting:
- 1 piece Peach
- 4 tablespoons Sour cream
Instructions
- Since the cooking process takes little time, you can immediately turn on the oven and preheat to t 180°. Put in a bowl: sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, oatmeal, eggs and cottage cheese. One (washed, peeled and stripped of the skin) peach cut into pieces and add to the rest of the products.
- Beat everything with a blender. You can just mix thoroughly, if you do not interfere with the grains of cottage cheese.
- Pour the curd mixture into a form d=18-20 cm, greased with oil and sprinkled with oatmeal. (I also covered the bottom with baking paper, so it's easier to take out the curds and casseroles) Place in a preheated 180° oven for 15-20 minutes.
- 5 minutes before the above time, beat 4 tablespoons of sour cream and peach with a blender.
- Pour on the curd and put back in the oven for 15-20 minutes. !! Focus on the work of your oven!!
- Ready curd to cool, then cover with foil or food wrap and put in the refrigerator to stabilize for 6-8 hours.
- If desired, decorate with peach and ... enjoy. Delicious with coffee and tea.
