Ingredients
Dough:
- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 130 gram Sugar
- 170 gram Butter cold
Filling:
- 400 gram Cottage cheese uniform, in bundles
- 100 gram Sugar
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 300 gram Berries cranberries, cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, etc. Do not defrost!
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, put flour, sugar and cold butter, diced.
- Grind everything into crumbs.
- Put 1/4 of the crumbs in the refrigerator. Put the remaining 3/4 crumbs in a mold (20x20 cm), covered with baking paper. Don't interfere!
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes. The base will not be ruddy, it will remain almost the same color as before baking, only the edges of the dough will be browned. After cooking, cool the base.
- Prepare the cottage cheese filling. Put cottage cheese, egg and sugar in the bowl of a food processor.
- Grind until smooth.
- Spread the curd layer evenly on the cooled base.
- Put the berries on it. It is better to take berries with sourness. Place the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, and bake for about 30 minutes. Do not wait for the crumbs to brown, focus on the specified baking time. If you overexpose the pie in the oven, the sand base will dry out and become hard.
- Allow the finished cake to cool, then carefully remove it from the mold and cut into squares. If desired, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
