Cranberry Drink with Orange Recipe
It's not just mors, although the cooking technology is similar. This is a delicious drink enriched with spices, honey, orange juice. I cook this in the autumn-winter cold, so that the whole family will be happy to recharge with vitamins.

Cook Time 35 minutes
Ingredients
- 600 gram Cranberries fresh or frozen
- 1400 ml Water
- 1 piece Cinnamon sticks
- 2 pieces Cloves
- 2 pieces Anise
- 2 pieces Orange
- 2 pieces Tea bags
- 200 gram Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- Orange zest to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients. Cranberries can be used frozen. If you store the berries, it is better to rinse them well.
- Brew tea in 400 ml of water. Not very strong. Set aside some of the berries, chop the rest in a blender. Frozen berries are well crushed if you add a little water to them.
- Then rub the crushed berries through a sieve. Put the mashed potatoes aside.
- The cake that remains on the sieve is lowered into hot water with a volume of 1.5 liters, bring to a boil. Then strain.
- Add cinnamon, anise, cloves, and zest to the strained mass. Add sugar. Pour in the brewed tea and squeezed orange juice. Add the berry puree and whole berries.
- Warm up well, but do not bring to a boil. Add honey and let it brew for 15 minutes.
- If you like mors, try this drink. It is much tastier, more fragrant and more useful in it.
- Enjoy)
