  1. Peel the garlic. Take a saucepan or saucepan with a volume of 1 liter. Pour in 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the garlic over low heat until soft. Stir from time to time. It will take about 6-7 minutes.

  5. You can pour into cups or bowls, decorate with fresh / dried parsley. If you serve with toast, chop two slices of bread finely and dry for 2-3 minutes in the microwave or oven.
