Crispy Cookies from Halva Recipe
At the beginning of Lent, my daughter asked to buy halva, ate a couple of pieces and ate))) and then I was racking my head, where should I attach it?.. And here in front of you is a crispy pasta cookie, very tasty, I recommend you to try it!

Ingredients
- 125 gram Halva
- 30 gram Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1,5 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1,5 tablespoon Green tea brewed
- 125 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- Vanilin to taste
Instructions
- Put the halva, sugar and salt in the bowl of a blender, grind into crumbs.
- Pour in the oil and green tea, whisk until smooth.
- Add flour and vanilla and mix.
- Transfer the mass to the work surface and knead the dough with your hands.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll out the dough 4-5 mm thick, cut out any figures.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at a temperature of 160 * C for 10-15 minutes. Cool.
