Cupcake "Fluff" Recipe
The guests gave it the name "Yummy". This is done very easily and simply. It turns out like a feather. This time I added more ingredients. The experiment was successful.

Instructions
Put the butter and milk on the stove and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs with sugar for 10 minutes.
Add flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar to the eggs beaten with sugar.
Gently mix by hand.
Then squeeze half a lemon into the mixture.
Add the raisins (you can soak the raisins to make it softer).
To interfere.
Then heat the milk and butter slightly again, bring it almost to a boil. Add small portions to the dough, stirring gently constantly.
Pour the dough into a greased form and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.
The cupcake is ready.
You can make a cake out of it, cut it into 3 layers and smear it with your favorite cream.
You can do it without raisins.
