Ingredients
For the curd base
- 170 gram Curd cheese
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- Extract (Chocolate extract)
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- Sugar powder
- 10 gram Gelatin
Instructions
- Wipe the cottage cheese (170 gr.) through a metal sieve.
- Pour milk (1/3 cup) into a container, add gelatin (10 g), add cocoa powder (1 tsp). Stir the mixture, put on low heat and bring, stirring, to a boil. Do not boil!
- Add the warm milk mixture to the curd base. Add the chocolate extract (2 drops), add 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Mix well.
- Put the chocolate-curd mixture into molds and send it to the refrigerator for stabilization and complete cooling.
- Arrange the dessert on serving plates, pour the chocolate dessert sauce, sprinkle with white and dark chocolate chips.
