Dates Stuffed with Melted Cheese Recipe
Not everyone celebrates the New year with a plentiful feast. Someone is limited to a glass of your favorite drink and a light snack. Here in such cases, you can use this snack. It goes well with wine, champagne, and cognac. Perfect for a buffet at work.

Instructions
- Melted cheese mash with a fork, adding cream to get a homogeneous mass. Add the garlic and nutmeg crushed through the press. Add garlic to taste, but do not overdo it. There should be only a slight taste of garlic and no sharpness. I added half a small clove.
- The figs get soft. Wash them well and dry them. Use a knife to cut lengthwise and remove the bone
- Using a pastry bag, stuff the dates with melted cheese. It took me 25 dates.
- Top with chopped cashew nuts and herbs. Nuts can be any, well suited walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cedar. Greens as desired.
