Cookies with Caramel Recipe

Ingredients
- 150 gram Butter
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Sugar powder
- 40 gram Almond flour
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 200 gram Sugar for caramel
- 150 ml Cream (33%)
Instructions
- Sift the flour into a bowl.
- In the flour, grate or cut into pieces cold butter. Grind everything into a fine crumb.
- Sift powdered sugar and almond flour into the flour mixture. I didn't have any almonds and just crushed the almond petals.
- At the end, add sour cream and quickly knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
- From the dough, we pinch off a piece of dough. Roll out and cut out cookies of any shape by cutting. From above we make a rim from a smaller cut-down. Prick inside with a fork and send the cookies to the freezer for 15 minutes. Then bake the cookies at a temperature of 170 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cool and fill with caramel. For the caramel, pour the sugar into a saucepan and put on a small fire. Do not touch, do not stir until the sugar is melted. All further manipulations with a wooden spatula. When the sugar is completely dissolved and has acquired a Golden color, carefully pour in the cream and mix until a smooth homogeneous consistency, returning it back to the fire. The finished caramel is well cooled.
- I used ready-made caramel this time. You can fill the cookies with melted chocolate, jam, any icing and even jelly. Decorate as desired!
- The cookies are very tasty!!! Well stored in a tin box.
