Eggplant Appetizer "Slices" Recipe
I suggest you prepare a simple and very tasty snack of eggplant with a filling of cottage cheese, walnuts and dried tomatoes. The combination of ingredients is incomparable. This snack will always be relevant for a family dinner and for a festive table.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Eggplant large
- 140 gram Cottage cheese
- 50 gram Walnuts
- 100 gram Dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 twigs Dill
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 3-4 tablespoons Vegetable oil for fry
Instructions
- Wash the eggplant well.
- Cut into circles with a thickness of about 6-7 mm.
- To remove the excess bitterness from the eggplant, pour the circles with salted water and leave for 20 minutes. Then drain the water. Dry the mugs on a paper towel.
- Next, beat the egg with a whisk or fork.
- Add to the sliced eggplant, mix well so that each circle is soaked with egg. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Next, fry the eggplant in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown. Put the fried eggplants on paper napkins to absorb excess oil.
- Then prepare the filling. Place the walnuts in a blender.
- Chop it up.
- To the walnuts add the curd cheese with greens.
- Then add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and garlic, squeezed through a press.
- And chopped dill. Mix well.
- For each circle of eggplant, put 1 tsp of filling.
- Fold in half. The finished snack is served to the table.
- The appetizer turns out to be very tasty, tender and moderately spicy.
