Roll of Pita Bread with Cream Cheese Recipe
Pita bread roll is an appetizer for any festive table! What a variety of fillings you can think of! Today I have a roll with a filling of cottage cheese with herbs, pickled cucumber, carrots and eggs. New Year is a great occasion to cook this roll. Very fast, delicious and simple!

Ingredients
- 1 piece Pita Bread
- 140 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 pieces Marinade cucumber
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 piece Carrot boiled
- 1 bunch Greens for serve
- 1 piece Pomegranate multiple grains to serve
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Prepare the products. Cook the egg and carrots in salted water. Cool and clean. Carrots, cucumbers, egg three on a grater.
- In a Cup to the grated ingredients, add cottage cheese (about 2/3 of the jar). Salt to taste.
- Mix the mass well.
- Unpack the pita bread. I will not use the entire sheet, but about 1/3 of the sheet-a rectangle of 38x19 cm. Spread the prepared filling on the pita bread. Evenly distribute.
- Pita bread is twisted in the form of a roll.
- Wrap the roll with cling film or put it in a plastic bag. Remove for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- After the specified time, cut the roll into portions.
- The remaining curd cheese with herbs is put in a pastry bag with a nozzle. For each piece of roll, we put "stars" of cottage cheese.
- Each piece of roll is decorated with pomegranate seeds and herbs. Serve to the table.
