Ingredients
Filling
- 3 pieces Egg
- 250 gram Curd
- 100 ml Cream
- 75 gram Sugar
- 1 piece Vanilla sugar
- 40 gram Vanilla pudding
- 400 gram Apricot
- 200 gram Red currant
Dough
- 200 gram Flour
- 1 piece Dough baking powder
- 100 gram Curd
- 50 gram Sugar
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
Instructions
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cottage cheese, sugar, salt, eggs and sunflower oil. Cover the dough with a film and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form 25x35 is well lubricated with oil. A form with high sides, at least 3 cm. Spread the dough.
- Spread the dough over the entire surface, form the sides. I do everything with a wet hand.
- Cut the apricots in half. Remove the bone and cut into Half moons. We spread apricots and red currants on the dough (I have frozen.)
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, cottage cheese, cream, pudding, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Pour in the fruit. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 g for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the pie for 10 minutes with the door open.
