  1. Wash the fish. Remove the comb. Cut into slices.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into rings.
  3. Put potato rings in a deep, greased baking dish.
  4. Put the fish on them. Add salt and spices. I have a mixture of spices for fish dishes. And so a couple more layers.
  5. Mix eggs with sour cream.
  6. Soy sauce, a little salt and spices.
  7. Add finely chopped greens.
  8. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  9. Pour the finished sauce over the casserole.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees. Ready! Enjoy your meal!
