Fresh and salted Tomato Salad Recipe
Last year, for the first time, I salted green tomatoes myself and was very pleased with both the taste and the wide range of applications. This year I did it again... I bring to Your attention a very simple but colorful and delicious salad made with fresh and pickled tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 200 gram Tomato
- 150 gram Salted tomato
- 1 piece Onion red
- Greens
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Spices (to taste salt, ground pepper, sugar, vinegar 9%)
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Chop the vegetables and herbs. Tomatoes I cut into large slices, onion rings.
- For the dressing, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, mustard, add salt, sugar and ground black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix. You can give the salad a little brew, from this the taste will only benefit.
