Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Chicken wings
- 1/2 tsp Curry
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Seasoning
- 100 ml Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Corn starch
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 twigs Cilantro
- Allspice to taste
- 100 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
Instructions
- We wash the wings and cut them into 3 parts.
- We make a marinade: Paprika, curry, salt, Provencal herbs, soy sauce, and corn starch, add in several steps, mix, pour on the wings, mix everything well with your hands and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Making the sauce: In 2-3 cloves of garlic dissolved through a press, add chopped herbs, salt, pepper to taste, 2 tsp. l of tomato or 2 tbsp. l. this is already to your taste and mix the water. The sauce is ready!
- Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat and send the wings into it, fry on both sides until golden brown over medium heat. After closing the lid and fry so de on medium heat until ready. About 15 minutes.
