Kebab from Chicken Breast Fillet Recipe
We really liked these kebabs - juicy and delicious. It is prepared very simply, from ordinary products, without frills, and the result is sure to please - very juicy, even after warming up! They are good both cold and hot! You can cook on the grill/in a frying pan/in the oven.

Ingredients
- 800 gram Chicken fillet
- 130 ml Parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Chilli pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 50 ml Olive oil
Instructions

- Mix all the ingredients for the kebabs thoroughly.
- Beat the minced meat with moistened hands at least 20 times. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Take out the minced meat, divide into 8 parts.
- Moistening your hands with water or vegetable oil, make kebabs. We insert the stick, slightly pressing the shish kebab to it. Spread on a silicone mat or a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes - focus on your oven and do not dry out!
