Lazy Oatmeal "Currant Treat" Recipe
If you find it difficult to get up in the morning and force yourself to prepare Breakfast, there is a solution: prepare it in the evening. There are many options, I suggest you one of them, with a currant taste and a spicy note. A useful start to a new day!

Ingredients
- 1 glass Oat flakes
- 1 glass Yogurt drinking (1 -1.5 cups depending on the desired density)
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 glass Black currant
- 2 teaspoons Flax seed
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom
- 1 pinch Vanilin
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
Instructions
- Mix oatmeal, drinking yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. Instead of yogurt, you can take milk or kefir.
- In a saucepan, add the currants (can be frozen), sugar, vanilla, cardamom and flax seed. Add water to cover the bottom.
- Put out on medium heat for 5 minutes. (if necessary, you can add water.) Put the oatmeal and currants in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, spread the oatmeal and currants in layers. You can sprinkle nuts on top (I have peanuts).
