Lean "Strudel" with Oranges Recipe
Would you like a quick dessert for tea? There are a lot of options for "lazy strudel" from lavash! Today I have such a filling, and instead of pita bread - tortilla. Immediately from the oven it turns out crispy, but lying under the lid, it will be soft and soaked - very tasty!

Instructions
- For the filling: peel oranges, cut into small pieces. If the orange is large, perhaps one will be enough.
- Pour the dry jelly concentrate into the orange. I have cranberry. If not, take starch and sugar.
- Stir so that the jelly absorbs the orange juice.
- Rinse and dry the raisins. Add a handful or more to the filling.
- And finally, add the nuts. Sunflower seeds can be used.
- Spread 2 or 3 layers of tortilla or pita bread on the table.
- Smear the filling, trying to soak the cakes with juice.
- Twist into a tight roll.
- I had enough filling for 3 rolls.
- Cover the form with parchment and grease with vegetable oil. Roll up the roll and roll it tightly. Bend the ends.
- With a brush dipped in oil, lubricate the top of the rolls.
- Sprinkle with crumbs of nuts or seeds.
- Place in a preheated 180 * oven and bake for 20 minutes. Take out the mold and let it stand until it cools.
- Then cut into small portions. Pieces of about 2 bites, use in baked form. Lean sweets are also very tasty! Enjoy your tea!
