Light Salad with Kiwi Recipe
A very light, refreshing and original dish made with fresh and juicy vegetables and fragrant cheese. It is very well suited to both the festive table and everyday thanks to the simplicity and speed of cooking. Kiwi in this salad demonstrates its ability to combine well with other products. Meat or fish can be served with the salad.

Ingredients
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 2 pieces Kiwi
- 0.5 pieces Lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons Corn (canned)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 piece Cayenne pepper (a little piece)
- 0.5 pieces Sweet pepper (yellow)
- 0.5 pieces Sweet pepper (red)
- 4 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- Salt (to taste)
- Sesame
Instructions
- Peel the kiwi, cut into thin half rings. Wash the sweet pepper, remove the insides and tail, cut into strips. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut into halves. Cut the cheese into small cubes (1x1 cm).
- Prepare the dressing: squeeze the juice from half a lemon, add olive oil and a finely chopped piece of hot pepper, add a little salt, mix.
- Put kiwi, pepper, cheese, tomatoes, corn in a salad bowl (pre-drain the liquid), pour the dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
