Light Salad with Mustard Dressing Recipe
I know for sure that every housewife has her own proven recipe for salad with Peking cabbage. Today I was preparing a festive dinner, I decided to cook my 100% successful salad for an appetizer. In addition, it perfectly matched the chicken I served afterwards.
Servings 3
Cook Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper (yellow)
- 400-500 gram Chinese cabbage
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1 piece Leek
- 3 tablespoons Olive oils
- 1/2 pieces Lemon
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- Allspice (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the pepper into thin slices.
- Chop the Chinese cabbage.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and onions.
- Proceed to the preparation of the sauce. I specifically did not specify sesame oil in the ingredients, because I do not always add it, this time I planned, but I did not. If you cook, one teaspoon is enough.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of mustard, olive oil, squeeze the juice from half a lemon, season with salt and pepper.
- Season the salad with the resulting sauce, mix, arrange on plates and serve immediately to the table.
