Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into 4 pieces.
Pour hot water from the tap to shorten the cooking time. Cook over medium heat until the potatoes are ready.
When the potatoes are ready, drain the water. Pour the milk into a glass and send it to the microwave for 2 minutes to boil. Add boiled milk and butter to the pot with potatoes. I always cook mashed potatoes only with a mixer, so it turns out very tender, airy and homogeneous (like cream). This method eliminates the presence of lumps in the puree.
Then enter the raw egg and salt and mix everything with a mixer.
To add color, add turmeric and onion for flavor. The onion will give off its light aroma, which will give the taste of mashed potatoes.
