This is a hearty and delicious dish that boasts a huge number of variations. This salad will easily replace almost any second course, and with a side dish!

Instructions
Marinate the fillet with garlic, red sweet pepper and salt.
Lay out the lettuce leaves in a slide.
After 10 minutes, put the meat in a grill pan and fry on both sides until tender.
Set aside 5 pieces of the finished meat, chop the rest finely.
We put the apples in a grill pan and fry them on 2 sides.
Mix lettuce leaves, meat and apples. Sprinkle pine nuts on top.
Prepare the sauce: mix lemon juice, basil and olive oil.
Pour our salad sauce. Ready!
