Millet Porridge with Condensed Milk and Blackcurrant Recipe
My children do not eat millet porridge, but after trying the "pie" (that's what they called it!), they were absolutely delighted! Millet resembles nuts, condensed milk gives sweetness, and berries - a unique taste!

Ingredients
- 200 gram Millet
- 2/3 jar Condensed milk
- 100 gram Butter
- 10 pieces Walnuts
- 100 gram Black currant
Instructions
- Boil the millet until half cooked for 7 minutes. Let the water drain.
- Add butter, then condensed milk.
- Stir, add currants.
- Put in greased molds with butter.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve it on the table.
