Ingredients
Basil
- 500 gram Salmon (fillet of fresh chilled salmon (can be replaced with trout or other red fish))
- 300 gram Cauliflower
- 300 gram Broccoli
- Butter (for lubrication forms)
Filling
- 100 ml Cream (20%)
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 100 gram Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon Basil (dry)
- Allspice
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, boil water, add salt, disassemble the broccoli and cauliflower into inflorescences, cook for 2-34 minutes until half-cooked.
- Discard the vegetables in a colander.
- Salmon fillet cut into cubes of 1.5-2 cm.
- Prepare the filling: in a deep bowl, mix eggs, cream, grated parmesan (I grate on a fine grater).
- Whisk well with a whisk or fork, add salt. pepper. add the basil, mix everything together.
- Grease a baking dish with high sides with butter, put boiled cauliflower and broccoli, as well as fish in a mold.
- Pour our cream cheese sauce over the fish and vegetables.
- Bake in a preheated 200% oven for 20-30 minutes, the top should be browned, but do not dry the fish).
- Ready!
- Serve warm.
