Ingredients
- 4 pieces Potato
- 1 piece Onion
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 handful Mint
- 1 teaspoon Curry
- 1 tbsp Seasoning (Provence herbs) (dried parsley, dill)
Instructions
- Peel the onion and cut it into feathers. Put it in a mold, pour in the oil. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into 4-6 pieces. Wash, dry, roll in dry herbs, curry, lightly salt. Put it on the onion. Put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees C. I cover the bottom with thick foil, this will save you from unnecessary work.
- Wash and dry the mint. Cut into slices and put on potatoes.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it over the potatoes. We send it back to the oven, bake until ready. Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Garnish the finished potatoes with fresh mint.
