Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 glass Semolina
- 2 glasses Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 glass Water warm
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
On the top:
- 1/3 glasses Semolina
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Instructions
- Mix flour with semolina. Add salt and mix well.
- Gradually add warm water.
- Knead the dough. Cover with a bag and leave for 1 hour.
- Mix vegetable oil with butter.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal parts. Roll up each piece. Lubricate with oil. Let's rest for 10 minutes.
- Mix semolina with baking powder.
- Stretch each piece with your hands until transparent, if necessary, add oil. Sprinkle a little semolina with baking powder.
- Fold the envelope. This is what we do with all the pieces of dough.
- Slightly stretch the envelope with your hands.
- Fry in a dry pan on both sides.
