Mushroom Julienne on a Frying Pan Recipe
If you need to quickly cook a delicious and satisfying dish, then this julienne in a frying pan will be an excellent lifesaver. It is cooked simply in a frying pan, which greatly simplifies the process. The taste is mushroom, creamy, tender.

Ingredients

Instructions
- Drain the mushrooms and transfer them to a frying pan greased with olive oil.
- Peel the onion, wash, cut into cubes and add to the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms and onions until soft.
- Sift the flour into the cream, add salt, pepper, mix well so that there are no lumps.
- Pour the cream into a mold with mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- I used honey cheese to make julienne.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Sprinkle our julienne and cook for another 5 minutes under a closed lid.
