Non-Standard Salad "Olivier" Recipe
This salad, which has long been loved by many, was prepared in different variations, but I want to share with you one more option. Surprisingly, made from the same ingredients, it turns out different. More tender and juicy. Ideal for serving portions.
Servings 3
Cook Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Potatoes
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Pickled cucumber
- 1/2 jar Green peas (canned)
- 200 gram Sausage
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Onion red to taste
Instructions
- That's almost everything we need (I forgot to put cucumbers)). Boil the potatoes, carrots and eggs and cool them. Standard set - cutting will be non-standard.
- To prepare a salad, you need to use a carrot grater in Korean. Lightly grate the potatoes, egg and carrots on a grater.
- The sausage can be slightly frozen to make it easier to grate it on a coarse grater. Fresh and salted cucumbers are also grated. Slice some red onion very thinly. If you don't like onions, you can do without them.
- Pepper, add mayonnaise, mix gently. Use the mold to place the salad in the center of the plate, not reaching the top.
- Put the peas on top, take out the mold and decorate with parsley leaves.
- The salad is ready. It is really better to serve it in portions, as it turns out to be more tender than its traditional version.
