Ingredients
Pancakes:
- 210 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 330 ml Milk
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Strawberries fried:
- 250 gram Strawberries small
- 30 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions
- Add salt, sugar, eggs and 1/2 cup of milk to the flour. Knead the dough.
- Pour in 1 cup of boiling milk, knead until smooth. Pour in the vegetable oil and mix again.
- Bake thin pancakes, 10 pieces of 26 cm each..
- At the same time, fry the strawberries. Wash, dry and cut in half, if large - into 4-6 parts. Put the butter in a frying pan, melt, add strawberries.
- Fry for a couple of minutes on high heat. Add sugar, stir and remove from heat.
- Put the strawberries in a bowl.
- Serve with hot pancakes.
