Pancakes with Turkey Recipe
Appetite comes with eating..., eternal truth! And if we have children with us on a picnic, this is confirmed for sure! They are constantly chewing something, trying, crunching... So we will take care of a snack in advance, prepare hearty, delicious pancakes with fried Turkey and vegetables, with herbs and slices of mushrooms. Recommend.

Ingredients
Pancakes:
- 1 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 glass Milk
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Salt to taste
Filling:
- 150 gram Turkey minced meat
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 pieces Champignons small
- Greens green onion, dill, parsley
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- To prepare the products. Wash and dry the vegetables, herbs, and mushrooms. Knead the dough by mixing milk, flour, eggs, and salt.
- Fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion with minced meat, add pepper, salt and bring to readiness, medium heat, 5-7 minutes.
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and chop the greens.
- Add the herbs to the filling and mix.
- A well-heated frying pan, 28 cm. grease with vegetable oil and pour a ladle of dough, spread out 1.5 tbsp. fillings and slices of mushrooms. P.S.: in order to make sure that the taste of pancakes/pancakes/pancakes suits you, bake a small test, because you can still adjust the dough.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of dough over the filling, bake for 1-2 minutes.
- Turn it over, bake it on the side of the filling, and grease it with butter on the side of the filling.
- Cool slightly and roll into a roll. Transfer to a suitable container.
