Ingredients
Panna cotta:
- 200 ml Cream fat
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin
- 50 gram Sugar
- Vanilla sugar to taste
Jelly "Mulled Wine":
- 150 ml Cherry juice
- 1 teaspoon Gelatin
- 20 gram Sugar
- Seasoning I have a purchased set for mulled wine, or add separately cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg.
Instructions
- Soak the gelatin in two tablespoons of water.
- Mix cream, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan. Boil. Cool slightly and add the swollen gelatin to this mixture. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for an hour or two
- When Panna cotta freezes, you can start preparing a layer of jelly. Soak the gelatin in water again. Pour the cherry juice into a saucepan, add spices, sugar and bring to a boil. Add the swollen gelatin to the juice.
- Pour our jelly over the cream layer (carefully, see if the first layer has collapsed). Refrigerate until solidified. You can serve it to the table!
