- 300 gram Flour
- 100 gram Butter
- 2 pieces Egg
- 80 gram Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dough baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 gram Curd cheese
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 100 gram Sugar
- 1 piece Vanilla sugar
- 25 gram Corn starch
- 2 pieces Egg
- 400 gram Raspberry
Instructions
- Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt.
- Mix the flour and baking powder, RUB with oil, combine both mixtures, knead the dough and distribute it in the form.
- Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, starch. Fill in the form on top of the dough.
- Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees, 35-40 minutes.
- Decorate with raspberries on top of baking, serve.
