Custard
- 125 grams Cane sugar
- 50 gram Flour
- 350 ml Milk
- 4 pieces Egg yolk
- 2 grams Vanilla sugar

- In a bowl, pour the sifted flour and grate vegetable oil on a coarse grater. Rub with your hands, add milk, quickly knead the dough. Roll out into a circle, put into a mold (d = 22 cm). Put it in the fridge for now.
- Now prepare the custard. Bring the milk to a boil. In a saucepan, mix the yolks, sugar, vanilla and flour. Now, stirring quickly, pour in a thin stream of hot milk. Put on a small fire and, stirring constantly, cook until thickened. We take out the form from the dough and spread the custard on it.
- Wash the plum, remove the seeds and cut into slices. Put them on top of the cream, pressing a little into it.
- Bake at t = 190 for 60 minutes to make the dish tastier when it cools completely and lasts at least 1-2 hours.
