Fast Summer Cake Recipe
Really the perfect cake for a hot summer! The whole preparation takes half an hour. And change the fruits to your taste! I didn't have enough sweets in the pie, or maybe I needed the pie to be thinner. So, I cut the pie and smeared it with jam!

Ingredients
- 150 ml Sunflower oil
- 2 pieces Egg
- 50 gram Sugar
- 300 gram Flour
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 piece Dough baking powder
- 3 pieces Apricot
- 3 pieces Plum
- 20 gram Red currant
Instructions
- Mix all the products and beat with a mixer.
- Pour into the prepared mold. I used 20 x 30. But I would advise you to use a larger form!
- Cut apricots and plums into circles and only then remove the stone.
- Alternately spread the fruit on the dough. We put red currant berries in the fruit hole.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
