Ingredients
Dough
- 1 glass Sour cream
- 2 glasses Flour
- 1 piece Baking powder
- 2 pieces Egg
- 0.5 teaspoons Salt
Filling
- 100 gram Ham
- 3 pieces Champignons
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- Spices
Instructions
- For the preparation of products. Mix sour cream and flour with a glass of sour cream. Flour may need a little more, you will see the batch.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough. The consistency should not be liquid, but also not thick, sticky.
- Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or cover with baking paper or a silicone mat, lay out the dough and with a wet hand or spoon, which should be periodically moistened with water, literally smear the dough on the surface. I made a double portion, and put one pizza on a round pizza mold, and the other on a classic baking sheet from the oven.
- And then the classics. Brush the surface with tomato paste or ketchup.
- Arrange the ham, chopped mushrooms and whatever you like on plates. A lot of conditional works. I put another onion, cut into thin rings, red pepper, sprinkle with Provencal herbs.
- Put the rings on top of the tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Here and done.
- The second pizza I made with canned tuna, leeks, tomatoes and cheese. Enjoy your meal!
