Potatoes Salad Recipe
There are many potato salads in the world. There are a lot of them on our website too. I carefully checked the names and ingredients, but I didn't find anything similar to my own. And that's why I took the liberty to offer my recipe to your attention.
Servings 3
Cook Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 5 pieces Potatoes (medium)
- 3 pieces Pickled cucumber
- 100 gram Cabbage
- 1 bunch Dill
- Green Onion
- 5 tablespoons Brine (cucumber)
- Salt (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- boil 5 potatoes in a uniform.
- Peel and cut into large enough arbitrary pieces.
- Finely chop the cabbage.
- Take a couple of salted or pickled cucumbers.
- Cut them into pieces like this.
- Then mix everything in a bowl.
- Finely chop the dill.
- And green onions.
- Sprinkle the salad with dill.
- And beat the onion and fragrant sunflower oil with a blender. Then add cucumber brine to the resulting emulsion. My cucumbers were salty - I added 5 tablespoons. If the brine is very acidic, then, of course, less. But it's a matter of taste.
- As a result, we get a pretty thick sauce-the dressing is green.
- Feel free to fill up with salad dressing. Add salt if necessary.
- Ready!
