Provencal Style Chicken with Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 600 gram Chicken
- 600 gram Potato
- 1 piece Lemon zest
- 2 tsp Mustard
- Allspice to taste
- 1/2 pieces Lemon
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast in portions
- For the marinade, add lemon zest, mustard, lemon juice, herbs of Provence, salt and pepper to taste
- Mix and leave for 10-15 minutes
