Pudding Baguette with a Spicy Filling Recipe
Without exaggeration, I can say that this is one of the most delicious dishes "in a hurry" that I have tried recently. Ideal for a hearty breakfast, picnic, quiet family gatherings or a stormy meeting with friends over a glass of beer.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Loaf
- 1/2 pack Crab sticks
- 1 pack Curd cheese
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 gram Butter
- 50 gram Hard cheese (Parmesan type)
- Greenery dill, green onions
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Defrost and finely chop the crab sticks.
- Finely chop the dill and green onion.
- Mix cottage cheese with crab sticks, herbs and pepper. I'm not salty, and you desalinate according to your taste.
- Cut the baguette into slices.
- Melt the butter. You can directly in the same form where you will cook the pudding. Dip each slice of baguette on both sides in butter.
- Put a little filling on each piece of baguette, put the sandwiches on top of each other and put them in a mold. Prepare the filling - mix the milk with eggs, add a little salt.
- Pour the omelet over the sandwiches.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
