Pumpkin Pancakes Recipe
A simple and quick breakfast. Delicate, airy pancakes.

Instructions
Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces and boil until tender.
Drain the water and mash the pumpkin with a fork.
In a bowl, mix the yolks, milk, melted and cooled butter, pumpkin puree.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Mix both mixtures. Add the whipped whites and mix gently.
Bake in a preheated frying pan with sunflower oil.
