Quinoa and lightly salted Salmon Snack Recipe
I offer you a snack of lightly salted salmon on a pillow of magic quinoa seeds. The grains themselves have a neutral taste, but they give a zest to any product, as if they absorb its taste and return it to us, strengthening and transforming it.

Cook Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 50 gram Quinoa
- 100 gram Salmon
- 1/2 piece Avocado
- 50 gram Pine nuts
- 6 pieces Raspberries
- 6 pieces Olives
- 1 bunch Dill
- Lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Tabasco (green, to taste)
Instructions
- Boiled quinoa, according to the instructions on the package (this time did not take into account). Olives cut into thin rings, salmon-thin slices along the entire length of the piece. In a blender Cup, put half an avocado (peeled and diced), pine nuts fried in a dry pan, dill greens (rough stalks pre-torn) a little Tabasco sauce (1 tsp) and a couple of spoons of lime juice, salt.
- After whipping in a blender, you get this paste.
- In a bowl with quinoa, add the avocado and nut paste and mix well.
- Then I formed what I got into the shape of a circle.
- Top with sliced olives.
- On olives-rolls of salmon strips. I didn't fix it with anything.
