Roll-Pie with Turkey, Ricotta and Tomatoes Recipe
I offer you a very delicious roll-pie that you can take with you to nature. This snack is also suitable for receiving guests or just as a delicious and satisfying snack. It is prepared quickly and simply.

Instructions
Cut the Turkey into small pieces and beat well.
Smear the chipped pieces with garlic squeezed through a press and marinate in soy sauce for 20 minutes.
Pre-defrost the puff pastry and roll it out as thinly as possible.
Spread the carrots on top, grated on a fine grater.
Arrange the Turkey pieces.
Then spread out the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Tightly rolled into a roll.
From the roll to form a circle, make notches with a wooden stick (optional).
Brush the roll with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and flax seeds. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 gr., 30-35 minutes.
Take the finished roll-pie out of the oven, wrap it in foil and take it with you on a picnic.
