Ingredients
- 50 gram Ham
- 50 gram Sausage (smoked)
- 40 gram Bean
- 60 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 20 gram Leek
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sesame
- Greens (to taste)
Instructions
- Soak the beans for a couple of hours. Then boil and cool.
- Add the chopped celery to the beans.
- Add paprika.
- Ham and sausages.
- Add the greens and season with mayonnaise.
- Serve in a bowl, garnished with leeks and sesame seeds.
