Ingredients
- 250 gram Chicken fillet
- 4 pieces Egg
- 2 pieces Marinade cucumber
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 3 tbsp Green peas
- 2 tsp Greens
Instructions
- Step 1 Boil the breast and eggs until tender, cool, and peel the eggs.
- Step 2 Cut the cucumbers, fillets and herbs, and rub the eggs, garlic and cheese on a fine grater. Step 3 The salad can be collected in one common dish, spread out into 4 portions on the cremans, or as I have it, spread out in layers into 2 portions. Again we spread cucumbers, then fillets and garlic, smear with mayonnaise, then eggs and mayonnaise again, then cheese and a little mayonnaise, on top of peas and herbs.
