Salad from Mussels "Breeze" Recipe
Don't you like mussels? Yes, you just don't know how to cook them. Obviously, this is a joke. But I still want to offer you a simple composition and preparation of a salad that will change your attitude to these seafood.

Instructions
- Take the mussels, I have frozen, peeled. We give them to thaw, wash them from the sand. Put the mussels in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
- Next, flip it into a colander and use it for its intended purpose.
- Cut the leek (white part) into rings, cut the tomato into slices.
- Mix the boiled mussels, finely chopped onions and tomatoes. Add boiled mushrooms, you can take any.
- Preparing salad dressing. To do this, mix soy sauce, olive oil, sweet chili sauce, squeeze out garlic and lemon juice. Stir (whisk) with a fork.
- Pour the dressing over the mussels with vegetables and mushrooms, mix.
- Put lettuce leaves (torn) or salad mixture on a serving plate.
- Put the mussel salad on the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Enjoy your meal!
