Salad with Arugula and Mushrooms Recipe
Salad with arugula according to this recipe is easy to prepare at home and in the country. Mushrooms and cheese with mold give a special taste to the salad. Arugula salad smells especially delicious, evoking an Italian or Spanish accent.

Ingredients
- 30 gram Arugula
- 80 gram Champignons
- 15 gram Vegetable oil
- 50 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 60 gram Cream
- 20 gram Dutch cheese
Instructions
- Chop the mushrooms.
- Put the mushrooms in a preheated frying pan and fry them a little.
- Pour cream and cheese with mold over the mushrooms. Let stand on low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. (there should be no lumps of cheese).
- Coarsely chop the tomatoes and slice the arugula.
- Pour the mushroom sauce over the vegetables and mix.
