Ingredients
- 15 pieces Shrimp (royal, and even better raw)
- 25 gram Arugula
- 50 gram bacon
- 2 pieces Egg
- 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Mustard to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Cut the bacon into pieces of about 2 cm, fry in a dry pan. Transfer to a paper towel, remove excess fat. Boil the eggs.
- In the same pan, fry the crushed garlic cloves first, then the peeled shrimp, removing the garlic, literally 1 minute.
- Prepare a dressing of oil, lemon juice and mustard.
- That's all, you can collect the salad. Place the arugula, halved cherry tomatoes, shrimp, eggs, cut into wedges, and top the bacon. Fill immediately before eating, so that the arugula does not wither.
