Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail (optional). Cut the back and pull out the dark strip of intestines.
Marinate the shrimp in a mixture of oyster sauce, lemon juice and paprika for 20-30 minutes.
Wrap each shrimp in a strip of bacon (you can cut the strip lengthwise, I tried both).
In a small amount of olive oil, fry the prawns over medium heat for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
Place the shrimp on a paper napkin. In the same pan, send a clove of garlic, cherry tomatoes, cut in half and the remains of the marinade from the shrimp. Fry for half a minute.
Put the arugula (or other salad), tomatoes and shrimp on plates. Serve with chili sauce or other to taste.
