Ingredients
Salad
- 1/2 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 2 pieces Egg boiled
- 1 jar Corn (canned)
- 15 pieces Radish
- 100 gram Ham
- 10 pieces Pickled cucumber
- 15 pieces White onion (canned, small)
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, spread the lettuce leaves. Sliced radish, corn without liquid.
- In a separate bowl, mix sunflower oil, wine vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sour cream.
- Add half of the sauce to the salad and mix gently.
- On skewers, we string a piece of ham, a piece of cucumber and a small onion.
- Cut the boiled eggs into quarters. Spread on the salad. Skewers are also spread on the salad and pour the remaining sauce.
