Salad with Chard and Grainy Cottage Cheese Recipe
Chard is a leaf beet. For this salad, you can use young beet tops. It will also be very tasty. For refueling, I used grainy cottage cheese in cream - just wonderful! Salad, where there are a lot of greens, with an egg - full of vitamins and benefits!

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Leafy beets (chard leaves or young beet tops)
- 3 pieces Green Onion
- 3 twig Dill
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 2 pieces Egg
- 120 gram Cottage cheese (grainy in cream+ for serving)
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Greens: Chard, dill, onion, cucumber finely chop and put in a salad bowl. Hard-boiled eggs. We cut two pieces not very finely and send them to the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper, season with grainy cottage cheese and cream. Before serving, I also cut the egg with a special device.
- Mix the salad in a salad bowl.
- I will serve the salad in verinia (glasses) to each separately. Arrange the salad on plates. Place egg circles and a spoonful of grainy cottage cheese on top, garnish with dill greens, pepper with freshly ground black pepper if desired.
- Fresh in summer, delicious and very healthy greens with sour milk!
